Rainbow Walking Water Science Project

For this project you will need 6 clear plastic cups, water, food coloring, and paper towels. Fill every other cup half way with water and drop different colors of food coloring into the water. Next, fold paper towels like a bridge from one cup to the next, making sure one end is dipped in the water. Watch over the next couple of days as the water travels through the paper towels and into the empty cups, creating new colors!
